I’m a stay-at-home mum based in Nelson, New Zealand, creating handmade cakesicles designed to make celebrations feel extra special. Between chasing after my toddler and late-night chocolate decorating sessions, Pop the Party became a creative passion that brings together my love for colour, detail, and making people smile.

Every cakesicle is handmade in small batches with care and creativity. I love creating custom designs to match different themes, personalities, and celebrations — whether it’s bright and playful, elegant and simple, or completely unique.
